Celebrate My Successes. Creating plans, setting goals, managing To-Do lists. All of these practices are important to achieving success. Unfortunately, they can also leave us feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and out-of-balance. If you feel like you’re never getting enough done, consider pausing to reflect on how much you have accomplished and the impact of your efforts. Pat yourself on the back. Spend a few minutes each day completing a gratitude journal. Celebrate (even the smallest) wins with friends and family.
