Keep a journal of COVID-19 Experiences. During chaotic times, it’s helpful to take actions that allow you to gain some control. One valuable tool is journaling. If you don’t have a regular journaling practice, consider setting aside just a few minutes each day to capture your experiences, thoughts and emotions. Experienced journalers may want to adjust their practices, as needed, to include a focus on gratitude and simple pleasures. Regardless of your approach, I suspect that your journal may serve as a valuable ‘time-capsule’ of this unique time in our lives for years to come.
