I gain so much inspiration from my clients each and every day. With their permission, I’m passing along some of their best practices for coping (even thriving) during these challenging times.

Assume good intentions: Want to be more compassionate? One valuable first step is to start by assuming that others are operating with the best of intentions. This isn’t always easy since many of us may be more short-tempered than usual, but before responding to a situation, ask yourself: “What is their intent?” or “What do they want to achieve?” If you’re unsure, give yourself more time to think through your concerns.
