Today’s highly competitive job market demands that applicants be as specific and targeted as possible in their search. A generic resume tossed out to dozens (hundreds!) of employers is not an effective strategy. Spend some time defining what you want in your next job. Ask yourself “who, what, when, where, and how” you see your career (and life) in a new position. Narrow your scope as best as possible and “own” these goals with confidence.
