We’ve all been asked the canned “What are your greatest strengths/weaknesses?” questions, but can you answer these questions in a fully-authentic way? Knowing your strengths is actually quite empowering, which is why (early in a coaching engagement) I use assessments to measure my client’s strengths. If you want to perform your best in interviews, know your strengths and have a vocabulary and stories that demonstrate them at the top of your mind.
